No, it does not. The cards, in Oracle, would identify that they represent the same card and would be treated by deck building rules as if they were the same. Think of them as functioning identically to the Godzilla skins..

I think the decks that could make use of different duals would be the non blue agro decks like various hate bears / humans. So if there was enough duals that are good enough those decks could drop fetches and even possible incorporate more anti fetch measures.

Because a magic deck looking like explosives in an airport scanner isn’t enough. It needs to be metal as well.

@thewhitedragon69 I was thinking how Storm would just get a chain of vapor or outcome would hurykle you. It’s not like you can flash it in with the storm trigger on the stack

@thewhitedragon69 as it been mention in other places with regards to modern storm, it doesn’t interact with the mana acceleration or tutor chain so they just get an answer along the way.

To me this is how you’d have to word a stifle for ‘a spell or ability that would put a creature into play’

Now what happens to the creature is separate. Do you say ‘it doesn’t’ like cage? I don’t think that would be a strong enough effect.

I’d also like to point out it hits factory, mutavault and nexi.

The only deck I could see this in is high tide. But that’s legacy.

If you can’t loose at a game without being rude you need to re-evaluate why you’re playing the game.

I'm thinking infect were you're forcing a stack fight in the attack step or defending in the second main when they're trying to avoid just that.

You bounce it a bunch of times then destroy it to 'draw' them all.
Or just bounce/flicker till your opponents library is empty. Parralax Wave combo kill?

You can’t pay life you don’t have and damage prevention effects don’t stop life loss.

So if you’re at 0 life with a Platinum Angel, City of Brass works but Mana Confluence doesn’t.

If someone vapor snags you’re creature when you’re at 1 with a Worship you loose even if you have another.

You can remove sharpie with rubbing alchohol. If you’re gently enough it won’t remove ink. Easy to find volenteers to test on.

You'd could do something like Shadowborn Apostle. A deck can't contain ~ and X. It doesn't seam right to me though.
