Anyone have a link to results, I heard someone say Oath won but couldn't find any links

From what I can tell, Steve made top 8 and Shuhei Nakamura won playing Oath. From the picture it looks like it was an Oath list with Auriok Salvagers, but it is possible I'm wrong. The Twitter feed can be found here: https://twitter.com/TokyoMTG

This post is deleted!

Further details, including Top 8 decklists, can be found here: http://www.hareruyamtg.com/article/category/detail/2645

The English translation is mostly decipherable and at the very least, quite amusing.

@Jeb-Springfield

"glyceraldehyde brand"."laboratory of paranoia", "fortune-telling of Normal top"

This is great!

@ChubbyRain haha! My favourite is "Gitakushia faction of the investigation"

@Jeb-Springfield How do you get it to translate to English?

There are matches that weren't streamed but were recorded. They will be streamed Tuesday night at the usual VSL time

Cruise of the Treasure Ship!

When the Search was Over!

Forest of Wisdom!

I will have full results and decklists up on Eternal Central today, and will post a link here. I am translating and reformatting everything now. The Google Chrome translatations are terrible but funny. Here are a couple of my favorites so far:
Sensei's Divining Top = "fortune-telling of normal top"
Vampiric Tutor = "bloodsucking of the teaching's"
Hurkyl's Recall = "Hakiru summoned surgery"
Griselbrand = "glyceraldehyde brand"
Show and Tell = "real presentation education"
Jace, the Mind Sculptor = "who carve the spirit, Jace"
Deathrite Shaman = "death ritual of Sherman"
Vendilion Clique = "Vendirion three people Shu"
Sylvan Library = "Wisdom of the forest"
Energy Flux = "magic outflow"
Mindbreak Trap = "spirit broke the trap"
Flooded Strand = "full of frog shore"
Jester's Cap = "clown hat"

EDIT: if you scroll down this page a little bit further we have posted the full Top 8 decklists and coverage in English, with more info on the way as it becomes available.

@themonadnomad If you are using Google Chrome, there is the ability to right click and Translate Page. You could wait for for Jaco's article, but you would miss out on so much awesomeness.

Shattering Spree = Destruction Unlimited
Brainstorm = Swirling Knowledge
Show and Tell = Real Presentation Education

Show and Tell = Real Presentation Education

I don't listen to hip-hop.

Petition to have all the English names changed to the direct translation of Japanese names.

My favorite: "Yawgmoth's Agenda" -> "Yawgmoth's Day Planner"

@ChubbyRain ah got it, thank you I'm checking it out now 🙂

@SamuelA Someone played a Yawgmoth's Agenda? Sick.

@Soly Sadly, no. I just remember that from back when it was played in Standard!

Full Top 8 decklists, playoff bracket, and more have now been translated to English and are live on Eternal Central here:
http://www.eternalcentral.com/2016-asia-vintage-champs-results-top-8-decklists/

I'm aware there's an issue with the decklist title formatting (something's wrong with the plugin), but everything else should be looking good. We'll be adding even more and updating the post as more data becomes available.

There will be a rebroadcast with English commentary by Randy (and probably others) Tuesday night 6PM CT on http://www.twitch.tv/tokyomtg, so be sure to check it out!

I swear, "Real Presentation Education" is enough to make me switch to Oath.
