A large amount of reserved list cards on eBay all of a sudden. I'm expecting the market on that stuff to tank for a bit.

@john-cox I hear that a lot and people who want to sell should sell. Collectibles have no real value aside from the demand of people who want them.
I always compare them to rare sports cards. Why does anyone care about a Babe Ruth baseball cards or a Michael Jordan card?
These cards have value because of nostalgia and rarity. If people want Collectors edition part 2 then so be it. I still want my original power cards.

This is really odd becasue the non-tournament playability heavily indicates that it is intended as a cool casual collectible item thet people can play and draft with but the 999$ price point says investors and whales are the target. Who wants to buy this? Legacy people would probably rather have another dual land and most of the EDH players I know dont like this type of product and would rather buy an entire deck than 4 packs of mostly unplayable cards that they will have to have a proxy discussion before every game to use. The price point is confusingly high.
