This is sort of a hybrid of Wheel of Fortune, ad naus, and PO in my head. The first one you cast is meh but everyone after that potentially nets you quite a few cards. It also has favorable interactions with Madness, Street wraith, Survival, and past in flames.

I imagine it has to be a red ritual list on its own accord as opposed to fitting nay existing shell, but the potential to chain these and play our your deck is there.

Unless you’re finding more ways to discard cards, this card exists already at 1U (Tolarian Winds) and R (Winds of Change).

I don’t think the extra 3 mana is warranted.

@lienielsen the difference is that when you chain them the second copy sees what you discarded already to the first copy. If this was just winds of change it would not see play, but you can have them cascade into each other and count other things you discarded like Street wraith. I think combined with red rituals, Manamorphose, cost reducers, etc this is a potential storm piece since red ritual decks were typically playing wraiths and wanted to bin things like past in flames.

@protoaddict I think a better plan would be to use Shadow of the Grave. You can use actual dark rituals that way instead of the lesser red rituals and can chain several of them together for much cheaper. Using that with actual wheel, windfall, bazaar, LED, etc. should net you a considerably monstrous hand and more likely left over mana to cast some of it. At 3R, this thing is eating up a lot of mana. Granted, Shadow is more vulnerable to grave removal, but it seems like it could be much more useful earlier and cheaper with Dark Deal, Mindslicer, or other cards that disrupt the opponent as well as provide for discarding. Heck, Bazaar(s) + Shadow alone is super cheap and would net you cards.

Why not play both!?!? (Hint: because you would be playing a very, very, very bad deck)
