This card has been around a long time and I have never really thought much of since playing it in Standard. There are some flashback cards that make this card worth considering now.

I have been looking at Faithful Mending, Echo of Eons, Deep Analysis and Otherworldly Gaze. Ancient Grudge and some of the lesser graveyard hate spells like Purify the Grave may be playable in a flashback deck.

I already know the argument against it, like there is so much graveyard hate and it's not fast enough but when I look at the meta currently I do not see any of those arguments holding up.

I used to play Quiet Spec for Fatestitcher in Jeskai Ascendancy combo. I miss that deck.

@thecravenone Off topic a bit, but can you elaborate on how that worked? Fatestitcher has Unearth, not Flashback.

@revengeanceful By me completely forgetting what that card said...

Looks like I was actually playing it in Legacy Ascendancy with Lingering Souls and a cheeky Ancient Grudge
