While this is certainly intended to allow a worldwide audience to participate, it's cool that it's not super unreasonable to participate in all three events.

the difference between how they scheduled the legacy and vintage ones is interesting. the first 2 legacy events are only 10 hours apart, so depending on how many people show up you might end up having to double queue to play in both events. the first 2 vintage events are 14 hours apart, so less risk there.
i am so out of practice for both formats, i probably should just play the one i'm better at, rather than play a format where the deck I am most recently familiar with was invalidated by veil of summer.

Fortunately, I'm not nearly good enough for a tournament ten hours later to be overlapping 😄

@thecravenone in a paper tournament that might be as little as seven rounds some years

FYI, it appears that "all access" does not include Secret Lair cards. If you would like to play a card that only appears in a secret lair, you will need to own that card.

@MagicOnline Is it a bug that the All-Access Accounts for Eternal Weekend can't use Secret Lair cards? I tried several times to put in an SL card and it wouldn't let me. Now that we have mechanically unique SL cards with TWD this is kind of important.

                  and

Have been informed that this is not a bug, which seems a little silly to me. Especially with the TWD cards.

@joshuabrooks this is still three championships, as before. previously they were north america/europe/asia, held on different weekends. now, they are scheduled to be convenient to those time zones but in the same weekend. it was previously possible to play in multiple of them, and still is now, though likely a bit easier for most people than having to plan multiple trips.

These events have managed to pull together 300+ players each, which is amazing for Vintage. I'm really happy with how many players Wizards was able to attract --- great for the format.

You can watch his PO games throughout the 3 EW vintage tourneys.

Gotta say, I am really happy with these top 16s. Yes, FoW, Bazaar, and MWS are STILL the "triangle" of Vintage, but these are varied decklists like I've not seen in a very long time. I'd gotten so used to the 4x MWS/2x dredge/2xPO top 8s, that I'd almost given up on seeing variety in vintage. Glad to see so many different strategies!
