This looks like one of those fraudulent decks. No doubt it could steal a game occasionally with normal Ritual+Tendrils stuff, but it just doesn’t make sense in any way.

No, people have been defrauding the leagues on Mtgo. They actually do put up 5-0, but it is not legitimate. There is a thread on here in the community section about it.
