So after looking at Lavinia, Azorius Renegade some more, I realized that the card is even more absurd than I originally imagined. If you can manage to drop it turn 1 against Workshops as a Storm player, they can't Sphere you turn 1, meaning you get another free turn to kill them! The card also says your blue opponent cant cast Mental Misstep for its alternate cost (they need to pay mana), the cant cast Force of Will or Mindbreak Trap for their alternate costs, they need to pay 5 and 4 mana respectively and only if they have that many lands in play! Allow me to present my take on Lavinia Dark Petition Storm, the deck that I feel breaks Lavinia completely:

Mana (29):
3 Polluted Delta
3 Flooded Strand
2 Underground Sea
2 Tundra
1 Swamp
1 Island
Tolarian Academy
Black Lotus
Mana Crypt
Mana Vault
Sol Ring
Lotus Petal
Mox Sapphire
Mox Jet
Mox Emerald
Mox Ruby
Mox Pearl
4 Dark Ritual
2 Cabal Ritual

Disruption (7):
4 Duress
3 Lavinia, Azorius Renegade

Draw/Tutor (18):
4 Preordain
4 Dark Petition
2 Yawgmoth's Bargain
Gitaxian Probe
Ancestral Recall
Demonic Tutor
Vampiric Tutor

Win the Game (4):
1 Tendrils of Agony
Monastery Mentor
Yawgmoth's Will
Time Walk

Removal (2):
1 Chain of Vapor
1 Hurkyl's Recall

4 Tormod's Crypt
4 Fragmentize
2 Kambal, Consul of Allocation
Library of Alexandria
1 Bontu's Last Reckoning
1 Hurkyl's Recall
1 Chain of Vapor
1 Karakas
1 Plains

Since we are adding White for Lavinia, we can play Monastery Mentor as an additional win con, as well as Kambal, Consul of Allocation for Outcome, and Fragmentize for Workshops. What are everyone's thoughts on this Lavinia brew?
