Are you in Jersey, NYC, or on the Island?
There are a slew of good options. Top Deck Games is the best store for Vintage in the U.S., and is in South Jersey (15 minutes from Philly). The Bearded Dragon runs monthly Vintage in North Jersey, The Geekery runs Vintage in Astoria, Queens, every once in a while, and Comic Book Depot runs monthly Vintage on Long Island.

@vintage1993 The Bearded Dragon is your best bet for close monthly Vintage then, but I'd still do Top Deck Games and Comic Book Depot if I were you.
Facebook is probably your best bet for tournament announcements. Depot will announce on TMD, but I don't recall seeing a Top Deck announcement on TMD in a while now.
