After the new B&R update, everybody was waiting for the new trends in the meta of our beloved format. Despite having some people playing at MKM Frankfurt this very same weekend, we had a great turnout of 28 players decided to make the most of their monthly Vintage tourney.

Alcoriza with UW land still loses the Win and In vs. Gerard Concustell (Top currently ranked player of the LCV) with MUD Vehicles.

Thank you both! I am really proud of the deck (specially after the hard time to sign those Dark Petitions and Cabal Rituals) as I like the archetype very much.

I enjoy playing with it from time to time when the meta is favorable. Which I thought it was atm. However, I had to navigate hard matchups all day. At least it felt like I was running in an uphill battle all day long XD:

Obviously ending 2nd in the Swiss proves to be key as it grants me playing 1st in my top8 matches!

Did you ever want access to Mentor in your tournament?

It seems a really nice approach and Mentor provides a Punch you sometimes might need to win a game under certain situations (specially vs. Counterwall.deck).

If I have some time I will give it a try.
