I have also been playing around with a blue splash in this deck, and it has felt pretty good. The big issue I've found is really that the deck is already so streamlined. There's like 2-3 flex slots in the entire deck.
Stitcher's is one of the best cards in the deck imo, I don't love putting in a replacement that has summoning sickness and requires to be tapped so you can't use it to cast gaak. I do think that mulling aggressively to bazaar is a trap. Bazaar is the best card in the deck, but it isn't needed in every game.
We have made the decision, in accordance with CDC guidelines, to postpone the Terra Eternal Championship. We will post our new tournament date as soon as we possibly can! We hope to be able to run this event in the Fall, and will keep everyone updated as frequently as possible!
@ten-ten Comments like this aren't going to lead to more Vintage content, especially since this was probably not a cost-effective use of Justin's time, and more something he did for the community. If you weren't a particular fan, constructive criticism is going to get you more of the content you're interested in while still being respectful to the time and effort Justin invested in the coverage.
If anyone is longing to use paper Eternal cards one or both between 4 Seasons (the only EU Eternal series) and Nebraska's War (the defacto EU Eternal event) have very high chance of happening later in the year in Q4. It'd be a wonderful occasion to visit Italy, I'll keep everyone updated on detailed informations as soon as I have them.
Thanks to everyone who participated in the Vintage Quarantine Bonanza on Saturday, May 2nd!
Whether it's through playing the entire tournament or helping on the back end, you guys make paper Vintage amazing and I can't thank you enough. I also want to give a shout out to @chubbyrain1 for breaking down the tournament's data into a metagame analysis. We surely felt the impact of Companions in Vintage that day!
Below are links to my Vintage Quarantine Bonanza tournament report as well as all 29 decklists and Matt's Metagame Analysis! The report covers what happened that day as well as the impact of Lurrus on Vintage. Enjoy!
